The Constitution of AusBiotech Ltd specifies the rules governing the relationship between and the activities of AusBiotech’s board, directors and members.
The current constitution was adopted on 25 October at the Annual General Meeting, held at the AusBiotech 2017 national conference.
Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct outlines AusBiotech’s responsibility to members and members’ commitment to the Australian biotechnology industry. It includes information specific to human health and medicinals; agriculture, food and environment; and medical devices and diagnostics.
