Notice of AusBiotech AGM, Thursday 3 November 2022

To Members and other persons entitled to notice of Annual General Meetings (AGM) of AusBiotech Ltd, the 2022 AGM of AusBiotech Ltd will be held on a virtual platform and in accordance with the AusBiotech Constitution on Thursday 3 November at 1.00pm - 2.00pm (AEDT) to transact the following business:

1. ANNUAL ACCOUNTS

To consider the annual report, financial statements and report of the Directors and auditor for the year ended 30 June 2022.

2. RESULTS OF DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT/S

To note the Directors who return, and the appointment of the new Director/s in accordance with the Company’s Constitution.

3. OTHER BUSINESS

Any other business that may be brought forward at a general meeting in accordance with the Constitution.

Note: A Member who is entitled to vote at the meeting has a right to appoint a proxy and should use the proxy form available on request from AusBiotech Ltd on 0437 126 843 or election@ausbiotech.org. The proxy form must be signed and dated by the Member or the Member’s attorney. Proxy forms and the original or a certified copy of the power of attorney (if the proxy form is signed by an attorney) must be received no later than 1.00pm (AEDT) Wednesday 2 November 2022.

Notice of Election to the AusBiotech Ltd Board of Directors

This notice relates to the Election for the Board of Directors of AusBiotech Ltd for 2022. The Board has determined that there is currently one (1) vacancy for a Director on the Board. The new Board will be announced at the AusBiotech AGM (details above).

Call for nominations will open today, Monday 15 August 2022. Please find the nomination form here.

• 15 August 2022 - Nominations open
• 16 September 2022 - Nominations close  
• 26 September 2022 - If an election is required, on-line voting and access information is emailed to members 
• 20 October 2022 - Closing date for on-line ballot
