Notice of AusBiotech AGM, Thursday 31 October 2024

To Members and other persons entitled to notice of Annual General Meetings (AGM) of AusBiotech Ltd, the 2024 AGM of AusBiotech Ltd will be held at the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre and in accordance with the AusBiotech Constitution on Thursday 31 October 2024 at 12.30pm -1.30pm AEDT to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business

1. ANNUAL ACCOUNTS
   To consider the annual report, financial statements and report of the Directors and auditor for the year ended 30 June 2024.
2. DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT/S
   To note the Directors who are returning, in accordance with the Company’s Constitution.
3. OTHER BUSINESS
   Any other business that may be brought forward at a general meeting in accordance with the Constitution.

Note: A Member who is entitled to vote at the meeting has a right to appoint a proxy and should use the proxy form available on request from AusBiotech Ltd on +61 419 394 097 or admin@ausbiotech.org.

The proxy form must be signed and dated by the Member or the Member’s attorney. Proxy forms and the original or a certified copy of the power of attorney (if the proxy form is signed by an attorney) must be received no later than 1.00pm AEDT Wednesday 23 October 2024 by email to admin@ausbiotech.org.
